I am a Red Seal Chef with 30 years of cooking experience behind me. My company, Mind Full of Food, is a full service catering and foodservice company, fully licensed by NB Public Health, Class 5, and I can cater for groups of over 200 people easily enough. My license allows us to package food for sale directly to customers or via any retail outlet that is licensed to sell food. I provide other culinary services like cooking lessons, and workshops, consulting, and lots of local volunteer work, mostly food related.
I have a large van and equipment to transport hot and cold food to any site within four hours of Miramichi. Plenty of plateware, cutlery, and servingware. Flexibilty is my strength. Indoors or outdoors, buffet or plated table service, small food or full, multi-course meals, multi-day services, packaged food for transport buy the customer elsewhere, … we have done a lot of things I had not known would be asked of us. Special dietary needs and wants are tended to without fuss. We’ve done it all, lots of combinations of service as well.
