Quality Equipment, Service and Food

At Mind Full Of Food Catering and Culinary Services, we take our craft very seriously. This is why we are committed to emphasizing quality, service, and sustainable, waste-less operations. We can provide you will a full or partial catering service. Leave it to us to provide your event with the equipment, utensils and service you need to run a smooth gathering. A large van with an array of transport equipment gets everything to your event safe and at safe temperatures. We have an ice table for service of cold salads and drinks, and lots of hot holding and service equipment for the hot food. We have tents to cover our outside operations as well.

Brian Matheson, owner and Chef, is a Red Seal Chef with 25 years of experience from over 15 restaurants and a diversity of cuisines and styles. His depth of knowledge and experience is brought to full use in Mind Full Of Food Catering and Culinary Services. He hires and trains the staﬀ to focus on the quality on the plate and in the service given to clients and their guests. We have experience catering events both large and small.
