Tycoon 2nd Generation 29 Series Crate Cajon - TK2GCT-29Overview Crafted from environmentally friendly Siam oak wood, this cajon was created to complement Tycoon's hugely popular original Crate Cajon, with unique designs applied to resemble an old wooden crate. It is equipped with a non adjustable drum snare affixed to inside of the front plate, creating a distinctive sound from other cajons. Four rubber feet add stability when playing. Individually hand made and tested to ensure superior sound quality!

Interesting History
Format: Paperback
My husband grew up close to Donner so he knew this story well. I found it very interesting to hear this from him and visit the area many years ago. My kids had just visited the Donner museum over Thanksgiving break and my 10 year old loves the "Who Was" series and these "I Survived or Escaped" books. My 9 year also reads them.

While the “Donner Party” is a very disturbing topic from US history, I feel this book gently writes through the gory bits but keeps relevant to the suffering of those on Oregon Trail which makes this very suitable for young readers.
