I love adding this as a side dish or mixing it in with an entree. They work well cold or thrown into a hot dish. My favorites are the ‘riced’ cauliflower & the artichoke. I love the taste of the asperagus but found my body produced an even stronger aroma (if you know what I mean about asperagus eating) in this, possibly, more intense format. Very Satisfying all around. Great substitue for something more starchy.
